How does account activation work?
Activation is automatic. As soon as your payment completes, your account is unlocked and you’ll receive a welcome email with your login details — usually within seconds. If access doesn’t appear immediately, refresh the page or log in again. Still stuck? Email expertsupport.contact@abacus4everyone.com and we’ll help.
Do students on a Teacher plan pay separately?
No. The Teacher plan covers up to 15 active students. Invite each learner with your teacher code or signup link so they create and confirm their own account — there is no extra charge per student. If you teach more than 15 students, or run an academy with several tutors, the
Academy Partner plans are priced for that.
Can I create my own student account?
Yes. Go to the app login screen and click Create Account then Student. After registering, activate a Student plan. Or if your teacher has an account, ask them to add you.
What can I access without a plan?
The free trial lets you explore the included app features without a card. When a solo Student or Teacher trial ends, an active plan is required to continue; academy-covered students and teachers use their academy's access.
What payment methods are accepted?
India payments use Dodo Payments, including supported cards, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe and Net Banking. International card payments use Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Student and Teacher plans can be cancelled any time by emailing expertsupport.contact@abacus4everyone.com; access continues until the end of the billing period. Academy plans start with a three-month term, then continue monthly with 30 days' notice.
